I bought Super Mario Party thinking that we would gather and play 4-player games and live out the rooftop parties that Nintendo envisioned for all of us. Unfortunately, that was not the case whatsoever. We played the damn game once and never touched again. And now there’s a compilation release called Mario Party Superstars that just makes me feel a tinge of regret for purchasing the last game.
