My first Tony Hawk game was Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 on the Sega Dreamcast. I wasn’t much of a skater, or much of a fan of the music, but I still enjoyed the gameplay. It was such a smooth running game that allowed for a lot of creative expression. I wasn’t great at it, but I had fun. I don’t know if I am ever going to pick up Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2, but I’m so glad that this remake turned out well. It’s been far too long since they made a good one.
