There’s something about Splatoon and Splatoon 2 that I keeps me from jumping in and trying it. It looks very appealing with its quirky music and colorful style but I’m still not convinced that it’ll be a worthwhile purchase for me. I respect it and recognize that it is a quality game from Nintendo but something about it says to me: “Maybe when it’s $30 or less”. I’m being overly harsh and unfair but that’s just how I feel about these weird squid kids.
