Battlefield 1 will likely end up being another Battlefield title that I’ll be skipping on. I’m not fond of the World War I aesthetic and the PlayStation 4 beta’s dismal performance didn’t fill me with confidence. If the game ends up being a rock solid 60FPS on the PlayStation 4 Pro, I’ll consider picking it up at a discount later but so far my autumn shooter of choice may end up being just Overwatch. TitanFall 2’s campaign might sway me but that will be a case of early impressions.
