Week of Sep 23 – 29 Round-up

Forza Horizon 3 is a special title but not because it appears to be a quality racer. It’s a special title because it marks the beginning of Microsoft’s internally developed titles debuting with the Xbox Play Anywhere program — enabling digital purchasers of Forza Horizon 3 to play on Windows 10 PCs or Xbox One consoles. I don’t plan on spending $79.99 for Forza Horizon 3 but I did just buy a GTX 1070 which comes with Gears of War 4, another Xbox Play Anywhere title.
