The King of Fighters XIV landed on the PlayStation 4 last week. This is going to sound a bit odd but trailers and screenshots don’t do this game justice. The initial reveal was so ghastly that I wouldn’t have been surprised if you ignored it. I took it for a spin and enjoyed what I played. Don’t expect it to set a new gold standard for fighting games but if you’re a King of Fighters fan, it’s worth a consideration.
